Have you replaced your toothbrush lately? Are you thinking about doing so now that we asked? If you answered yes to the latter, you might also be a little overwhelmed thinking about all your options. While it’s true that the toothbrush aisle at the grocery store can be a little over the top, you should never shy away from replacing the tool you use twice (or more) a day. In fact, replacing your toothbrush should be a regular occurrence in your home, say, every three to four months. We know you probably visit us here at David C.
